• woke up feeling ok but now anxious about the work to come
• Yousef texted me this morning, he's also lost, it was very cathartic
• today i need take an inventory of my life and plan out the AG bible (i don't know how to do all this productively)

• sandpaper texture mainly gone
• pimples still there

FEELINGS

• told mama to stop buying grapes so i'll stop binging on them, hopefully this will allow me to stop focusing so much on food gahhh
• trying to figure out where i need to let go
• not exploding with frustration as of late, i can react more calmly
