LOG

• woke up this morning adamantly fighting my anxieties
• my dad just told me he's considering therapy, so proud of him (the biggest trigger for him is me so this is bittersweet)
• met up with Bea to hand off keys, etc. it went well
• bought mama seaweed
• going to look up therapists for papa
• booked myself 2 movie tickets for tomorrow

SKIN

• only forehead and jaw has the sandpaper texture now
• rest of skin has improved since last week

WHAT HELPS

• subliminals at night
• not judging my thoughts/they're not my fault
• Mira reached out to check in

FEELINGS

• ​​i'm so scared to be alone with my own thoughts, really difficult to fight them and concentrate on distractions
• feeling like i should be a subject in TINS (maybe?), nvm TINS has been put on hold, but i still want to put all of this out there somehow
• mood at night is feeling a lot more alleviated and normal
