Finally found a therapist I like, and she's helping me to really understand the obvious. I'm going to start posting insights/revelations to help me move forward:

• overprotective parents because they're trying to give me what they didn't have
• I have an excuse for everything and I need to stop, whenever I doubt myself I need to just keep asking why until it goes away

Also, unrelated to therapy but Lesley (and Sam indirectly) got me to agree to help out with their Fight Forward doc. Ahhhh.

• Mom got mad at me, she thinks my therapist will brainwash me, this is a problem, nobody's perfect
• Talked to Tyle like normal again
